Terms and Conditions

Effective Date:

These Terms and Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by BAB’s Cleaning Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

BAB’s Cleaning Service provides residential and light commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services may include basic, deep, move-in/move-out, one-time, and recurring cleanings. Any additional tasks not included in the original scope may require additional fees.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of access may result in shortened service time or rescheduling fees.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods communicated at booking.


 Travel Fee: Locations more than 15 miles from our service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated prior to service confirmation. 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the concern.

6. Breakage & Damage

BAB’s Cleaning Service is licensed and insured. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or items that are fragile, improperly installed, or previously damaged.

7. Safety & Pets

Please secure pets during cleaning appointments. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe for our team.

8. Supplies & Equipment

We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged. Clients may request the use of specific products at their own discretion.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or undisclosed hazards.

10. Liability Limitations

BAB’s Cleaning Service is not liable for loss or damage due to acts beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, faulty installations, or client-provided equipment.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
